July!

School has slowed down for me quite a bit, so the last week I have just been hanging out with the kiddos, catching up on some shows and exercising a bunch. I only have one take home exam and one multiple choice exam and I will have my bachelors. It's so crazy how fast time flies. But, I am so excited to be done.

Jane is growing up WAY too fast. She pulls herself up onto everything. When she has something she thinks is cool, like a toy or the TV remote, she'll hold it out to me and say, "oooooo! ooooo!" It's adorable. When you take something away from her that she shouldn't have, she literally throws her self to the ground and cries. Sometimes she's sitting and she'll fall backwards or she'll be crawling and she plant her face into the carpet and cry. So much sass already at such a young age!

Jett is full of so much personality! He is so smart and talks so well. He is a little sass, as well. He will look at me and say, "no mom, do this, okay?!" Haha. It's the age. What they said about threes being worse than twos is soo accurate. Haha. I just hope fours aren't too bad. Though he drives me crazy most days, I wouldn't change it for the world. He also likes to tease his sister. But isn't that what big brothers do? I am still teased by my older brothers. He takes away her binkies and hides them.. I need a fund for just binkies because I have NO idea where he hides them. Haha.

I have been able to reach my pre-pregnancy without doing much except nursing but I really needed to tone up. I decided I really need to get my butt in gear and start working out more. I cut my calories, started drinking more water, cardio 30-45 minutes 3-4x a week and squats, pushups and situps every day. I have a goal and that is to be the same weight when I got married or less. I only have about 5-10 pounds to go until I reach it. Working out has been really good for me. I am happier, I sleep better, and I have more energy.

Not much going on with the house yet. I did get an update today that 5 of the families, including ours, will be able to close on our loans soon. Probably 2-3 weeks. They gave us a guess to when we will start building, they said week of August 10th. Isaac is so anxious to start. He's been getting antsy and is just ready to go. Hopefully he has this mindset all the way through the building process. :)

I know 4th of July was a week and a half ago, but it was a great time. We went to watch the Hyrum fireworks, which is a little town outside of Logan. We actually stayed to watch. Most of the time, we go home because we are tired or the kids are... but they were so good and we had a blast! No pun intended. ;)
