Today is our first year anniversary! We started off the weekend heading down to Tooele for my step brother Austin's going away party on Friday. He's heading to South Carolina for basic training! Good luck bud! Jett had a fun time playing with his cousins Olivia and Oaklee! Olivia just loves babies and wanted to kiss Jett all of the time. Oaklee loved that all Jett did was lay there. He didn't fight back!
The next morning we got ready, ran a few errands and headed back to Logan. Before we left I didn't want to leave my baby. So of course, I started crying. It was my first night being away from him. But he had a lot of fun being with his Nana and Papa! Thanks for watching him, dad and Michelle! When we got to Logan we went to Walmart and bought some candles for our dinner. We got home and made dinner, spinach ravioli with marinara sauce on top! It was delicious! Yum!
Then we headed to Happy Nails and got pedicures! It felt so nice to be pampered! We had really pretty feet! Well I did at least, Isaac would probably say, "No, I have COOL feet. Not cute." Haha. After that, we headed to the Anniversary Inn to our Arctic Journey! There were icicles, penguins, seals and even a polar bear! It was nice to have a relaxing night with my husband.
It's so crazy that we have been married a year! Time flies by so fast! It's been a hard year but I wouldn't change it for anything. I couldn't have married a better man. He is so good to me! I love him so much!
