Hello, February!
Can you believe it's half way through February already?? Well, as I was looking at others blogs, I realized I probably should update mine. :) The last month has been busy, busy. School has started. I went into see my adviser a few weeks ago to get my graduation plan in order. I will be graduating with my degree in family finance NEXT December! It's nice to be saying I will be graduating next year. :) Isaac graduates next spring! At least that's what we think from doing our own graduation plan for him. Hopefully then we will move back to Tooele County and buy a condo or house. YAY! Jett is almost crawling! He starting to get the hang of moving his arms and legs at the same time, but isn't quite there yet. Above is a video of him inch wormin' it. :) We decided to go home this weekend and do our Valentines date while we were there. Isaac had a few gift cards to Macaroni Grill. We walked around the Gateway and went to eat. Didn't do much, but it was fun to have some alone time without a baby. :) We spent time with both of our families and had a lot of fun while we were there! Actual Valentines day wasn't so enjoyable. Isaac woke up pretty sick and not to mention, my poor Jetty puked up his body weight the night before. So I had two sick babies at home. Isaac tried to go to work but came home an hour later because he could barely keep his breakfast down. He did give me a Valentines present though, Juicy Perfume!! I LOVE Juicy. He knows me soo well. Thanks honey! I did the fourteen days of Valentines for him. Here is the link of what I did for him, it's from the six sisters blog! And since it was lovers days just a few days ago, why not tell Isaac and I's love story. It's a bit complicated, to say the least, haha. Isaac and I met in April of 2009 while I was still in high school. He had recently returned from his mission. I was hanging out with his brother one night and he asked if any of us girls would like to call his brother who just got home. I said I would. I called him and invited him to hangout with us. He ended up getting lost and didn't make it in time to our hang out spot. Over the next few weeks, he contacted me to go on dates. We went out several times. At the time, I was crushing on someone else and kind of blew Isaac off. Then I was blown off a few weeks later. I then decided a few weeks later that I wanted to get out of Utah. I moved to Illinois at the end of July. We started talking in August and talked a few times a month. I came home in November for a weekend. Isaac and I went on a date and that is when we had our first kiss. We were watching the Grudge (Romantic, right?) And he was tickling my face and playing with my hair. I knew he wanted to kiss me and he kept turning my face slowly towards his so I decided to turn my head and our lips met. (Sorry for being so gushy mushy.) I had to go back to Illinois the next day and we were sort of kind of official. The day after I got home, we broke it off. Over the next month, it was crazy! He dated a bunch of girls (when I say bunch, he was dating FOUR different girls without them really knowing in the month of November. Playerr. ;) ) and I dated a few guys, okay maybe just one. haha. after not talking for a few weeks, he decided to apologize and wanted to give us another try. I came home in December we were with each other every day for those 3 weeks. When I went back to Illinois, we exchanged I love you's before I left. I came home in March, we got engaged on my birthday in 2010. I went back to Illinois to finish up my semester and I moved to Logan in May. It was a perfect summer! And we were married July 31, 2010! Now we have a beautiful baby boy that makes our lives so exciting! We may not have it all together, but together we have it all. :) Thanks for reading about our crazy but loving love story!
